About

Anubhav Pateriya speaking at a Google event

I help consumer leaders turn AI from slideware into P&L.

For twenty years I've worked every layer where transformation actually succeeds or dies — as the strategist who sets the direction, the operator who owns the number, and now the leader building the practice.

I'm Managing Partner and Global Head of Consumer Consulting at Wipro, leading strategy and commercial transformation for CPG, retail, travel and hospitality clients. Before Wipro I was a Partner at BCG, ran a full US P&L as a Senior Partner at Genpact, and built commercial and digital capability at Strategy& and Accenture. Across the US, Europe and Asia the through-line has been the same: making AI and digital show up in margin, growth and the operating model — not just the roadmap.

The Destination Problem

The consumer enterprise is becoming self-driving — demand sensed rather than surveyed, supply chains that negotiate themselves, pricing and innovation encoded into agents. As AI takes over how the business runs, execution stops being the constraint, and advantage shifts to the choices only leadership can make.

AI is solving the driving problem. Consumer leaders now face the destination problem. Execution is becoming abundant; judgment is becoming the moat.

Where I focus

Consumer industries — CPG, retail, travel, tourism, hospitality and airports. Within them: strategy and commercial transformation, marketing, sales, pricing and revenue growth management, and the AI-enabled operating models that tie them to the P&L.

Background

MBA, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Two decades across Accenture, Strategy&, BCG, Genpact and Wipro.
